Healthy Habits
We automatically sync your devices, including Apple Watch, Fitbit, Oura Ring, and other apps, to identify your existing Healthy Habits. We cover everything from achieving 10,000 steps and 7 hours of sleep to intermittent fasting and various types of workouts. Each Habit is assigned a score based on frequency, with daily being the highest level. Currently, there are 16 Healthy Habits available, and we continuously add more!

With Healthzilla, you have the option to select from 6 different goals which will tailor our recommendations and challenges for your Habits. Whether you aim for Longevity, Weight Loss, Strength, Lower Stress, or increased Activity, we've got you covered.
Free Activities
To support your Habits and assist you in establishing new ones, we offer a range of free programs. Take a quick 2-minute breathing exercise whenever you need a break or use our meditation timer for moments when you require stress relief. You can also utilize the fasting timer to seamlessly incorporate the 16:8 intermittent fasting schedule into your daily routine.

Thanks to our ability to read your health data in the background, you don't even have to open the app to receive updates. We will notify you whenever you reach new Levels or when we introduce new Healthy Habits for you to explore!

Daily Stress Score
Check in every day to instantly analyze your stress and recovery levels! The more data you capture, the more accurate the result. By examining trends in your wellness data, including Resting Heart Rate ("RHR"), Heart Rate Variability ("HRV"), Sleep hours, and Workout minutes, we calculate an easily understandable stress score that signifies whether your stress response is positive or negative.
Stress Scan, No Wearable Needed
Healthzilla can now analyze your resting heart rate and variability using just your phone's camera for your daily stress score! It takes only 60 seconds, and delivers the same detailed stress score analysis as a wearable device. For the best results, make this a part of your morning routine and perform the scan before getting out of bed.
Daily Recommendations
Zilla meticulously analyzes the workout data stored from fitness apps or wearable devices such as Apple Watch, Fitbit, and Oura Ring. Based on your Stress Score, Zilla recommends the activities that are most suitable for today. Is it a perfect day for a Strava bike ride or an intense 7-minute workout? Maybe a leisurely walk is what you need. Zilla has got your back!
Apple Watch Support
The Apple Watch provides the most accurate and comprehensive data for Healthzilla. We can automatically read your resting heart rate and heart rate variability to deliver your Stress Score each morning. Every activity and workout you undertake with your Apple Watch contributes towards your Healthy Habits.
Fitbit Support
We now also support connecting to your Fitbit account, which includes syncing steps, resting heart rate, sleep, weight, workouts, and food calories. Seamlessly integrate your Fitbit data into Healthzilla and elevate your wellness journey.
Oura Ring Support
Sync all your data directly from your Oura Ring to power the daily stress score and habits. This includes data such as resting heart rate, sleep, steps, and heart rate variability. Get the most out of your Oura Ring by leveraging its data within Healthzilla.
HealthKit Support
With Healthzilla's HealthKit support, you can sync any devices and apps that are compatible with HealthKit.
